BangBANG Fundamentals Class… Two-session course designed to educate new CrossFitters. We will introduce:
• CrossFit movements and how to perform them safely
• Commonly used CrossFit terminology
• Box etiquette
• What to expect your first week
Members must show understanding of basic foundational movements to graduate into general CrossFit classes.
Mobility Class… Saturdays, we will slow it back down and do our hard-working machines a solid with a fusion of yoga, stretching and banded movements.
