The CrossFit Bang BANG Youth Athlete Training Program is designed to develop strength, speed, and explosiveness in young athletes. Through this program, young athletes will learn the six fundimental movements and proper techniques of CrossFit. Athletes between the ages of nine and fifteen are welcome to participate in this program.
